1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Finveo.ai and its integrations, including the "Finveo.ai" app in the Zoom App Marketplace. Provider: Luca Ryan Berger – Berger Marketing und Finanzen, Lindenstraße 53, 72348 Rosenfeld, Germany.

2. Who may use the CRM

The CRM is an internal tool. Only employees and sales partners of the TraineeFinance team who have received a personal login from us may use it. There is no public sign-up and no paid plan.

3. Zoom integration

Each user may connect their own Zoom account. By connecting it, the user allows the CRM to read the user's upcoming meetings, recording settings and the transcripts of the user's cloud recordings, and, on the user's request, to switch on cloud recording and audio transcripts in the user's Zoom settings. The connection can be removed at any time in the CRM (Settings → Setup → Connections) or in the Zoom App Marketplace.

4. Obligations of users

Keep login data confidential and do not share accounts.
Record and transcribe client meetings only if the client has been informed and has agreed, as required by law.
Use client data only for advising the respective client.

5. Availability and liability

We operate the CRM with care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. We may update these terms; users will be informed in the CRM.

Finveo.ai, das CRM des TraineeFinance-Teams, ist ein internes Werkzeug von Luca Ryan Berger – Berger Marketing und Finanzen, Lindenstraße 53, 72348 Rosenfeld. Nutzen dürfen es nur Mitarbeiter und Vertriebspartner mit persönlichem Zugang. Jeder Nutzer kann sein eigenes Zoom-Konto verbinden; das CRM liest dann seine anstehenden Meetings und übernimmt die Transkripte seiner Cloud-Aufzeichnungen in die Kundenakte. Die Verbindung kann jederzeit im CRM (Einstellungen → Einrichtung → Verbindungen) oder im Zoom App Marketplace getrennt werden. Kundengespräche dürfen nur mit Information und Einwilligung des Kunden aufgezeichnet werden. Zugangsdaten sind vertraulich. Es gilt deutsches Recht; Datenschutz siehe Datenschutzerklärung.
